shipping & returns 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order processing starts immediately after receipt of payment. We try to send out orders weekly or twice montly, so items ship within 3 – 10 days of placing the order.

  • We deliver locally within Accra and Tema via courier services. We are working on bringing international delivery via DHL. You can contact us here to organize a custom shipment!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • There are no refunds for bespoke items and one-offs unless they arrive to you damaged. For stock items such as merch and supplies … etc, we'll be happy to refund you within 14 days of it's arrival if returned to us unused, in its original condition and with all the tags and fittings.  

  • On letting us know we will provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so if there is anything we can do to make it better, just let us know. Thank you!

 

Note:

  • There are no returns or exchanges on discounted items.

  • We will send you a confirmation email once the returned item is received and reviewed.

  • Depending on your request we will confirm, approve and issue an exchange or refund.

  • We do not offer refunds for limited editions, and one offs unless it has arrived to you already damaged. 

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Cost of shipping for returns will not be the responsibility of Concept Space

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Note:

  • Please note that discounted products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Exchanges made in a different currency from which the original item was purchased will be processed as returns and a separate transaction in the new currency will have to be completed.

  • Please include your receipt with the items you wish to exchange in their original packaging, to expedite the process when making an exchange.
